My Morrowind has no Texture folder I'm using the Steam GOTY edition and I used to use mods all the time years back, but I got the game yesterday and after trying to Insert the Watercolor mod I can't locate my Textures Folder in the Data Files, nor Meshes either while I'm at it, I've read that if I just create the folder myself it would work but I've tried and it doesn't work. If you have a brand new install, there is no textures or meshes folder because they are only added by mods. The .ini is a text file probably called Morrowind configuration settings. It is in your root folder with the application (.exe) edit: you don't have to make these folders, if the mod is packaged properly it will add them as needed.
