I have had my Versa since May 4th and it worked until last night when it went back to the original screen that says " to start download the fitbit app." Not sure what would have caused this or how to fix it? I did uninstall and re install the app and that didn't do anything. It also has not synced since 5/28.

Like I have been unable to get my Win10 desktop with the FitBit app installed to connect to my Versa for music. It connects and shows fitness stats but when I go to Personal Music and enable it on the watch the Win10 app just says LOOKING FOR YOUR WATCH and never progresses any further. Very frustrating

It took a bit after setting it up for the phone to let me personalize my Versa. Looks like you can only do it in the Fitbit app, it doesn't work from the Fitbit itself or if you logon to Fitbit.com.
